Sonic Fest 2005 (Jul 28 to 30), Fort Canning

Sonic Fest 2005 - the biggest Christian music fest we had ever with bands like Planet Shakers and Sonicflood dropping by. Held at Fort Canning, a little hill also the site of various gigs and festivals. This was taken on the first day when the crowd was still sparse. Laying on the grass at night is one of the best things in life. All pix taken with hp.

Sydney Junket (June 6 to 8)

I took pix after I woke up on the first afternoon after landing at 6am so my shots were not my best work. But any way, to the left was a big luxury mirror, then a walk-in wardrobe (!), then a nice cabinet for the food-related stuff, tv and so on. Facing the mirror was the bathroom.

Oh joy. A king sized bed just for me! With five pillows! The room overlooks the Myers in Sydney.

Work table, and a right-angled couch on the other side that can sit five, and there was such a lovely coffee table in front of the couch with chess patterns on the top.

A bit blurred, this. I nv had a bathroom with three-metres wide (as reflected in reflection), white sliding doors. Mirrors everywhere, bathtub, big basin area, shower and toilet on the other side. My camera didn't hv a wide enough lens to capture everything....

First meal in Sydney - Seafood platter, sent to my room. Cost? Seafood platter - $55, rm service charge - $15, tip - $10. Being given US$100 spending money daily was yes, gooood.
